Ingredients
Banana Doughnuts
1 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 Cup mashed bananas 3 medium sized bananas
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg lightly beaten
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Peanut Butter Glaze
2 Cups powdered sugar
1/4 Cup water divided
1/4 Cup creamy peanut butter
mini chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions
Banana Doughnuts
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Celsius. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt to a large bowl, beat well. Set aside.
In a smaller bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, beat them evenly to combine. Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined, free of dry spots. DO NOT mix too much. Fill the batter into 2/3 of the greased tin. Bake for 10 minutes, let cake cool for 5 minutes on a pan, let cool completely on a wire rack.
Peanut Butter Glaze
Floss the peanut butter, sugar and half of the water. Add as much water as you want.
Dip the top of the donut in the glaze. Top with chocolate chips, serve and enjoy!
